Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Thank you so much for your order! I hope you love what you receive. But just in case something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work in my shop:
Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact me via email at orders@poppyartshop.com before sending anything back.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- in original condition
- unused and undamaged
- returned in their original packaging
Some items cannot be returned:
- products with opened packaging (such as stickers or prints)
- items that were used or damaged by the customer
- returns requested after 14 days
- custom/personalised commissions made just for you
Return Requirements
If an item arrives damaged, please send clear photos of:
- the product
- the packaging
- and any visible damage
This helps me understand what happened and how to improve.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once I receive the returned item and confirm its condition, I’ll issue a refund or arrange an exchange, based on your preference.
Refunds are sent to your original payment method.
Please note:
Shipping costs for returns are paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged due to my packaging error.
Damaged by the shipping carrier?
If your parcel was visibly damaged during shipping, please take photos and contact your local postal carrier to file a claim. I’ll do my best to assist from my side too.
International Orders
If you’re ordering from outside the EU, please be aware:
I do not cover delays or issues caused by customs or local delivery services
Import taxes and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
