Terms and conditions

Welcome to Poppy Art Shop! These terms and conditions outline the rules and guidelines for shopping at my store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. About the Shop

This website is operated by me — Anna, also known as Poppy Art.
My business is registered in the Netherlands under the name Artist Poppy (KVK-registered).

2. Products

I sell original art, handmade stickers, art prints, and other creative goods, all designed and/or crafted by me. Every item is described as accurately as possible, but please allow for small color differences due to lighting or screen displays.

3. Commissions

Custom work is available on request and must be paid upfront.
Because commissioned pieces are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once the work has started.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€).
I currently accept payments via bank transfer.
Full payment is required at checkout.

5. Shipping

I ship worldwide from the Netherlands.
Processing time: about 5 business days (unless otherwise stated).
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or delays in their country.

I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return unused physical items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

  • the item must be unused and in its original condition
  • stickers and prints must be unopened
  • return shipping and all related costs are the buyer’s responsibility
  • photos of the item are required before return is accepted
  • contact me at orders@poppyartshop.com to start a return

You can request:

  • a refund
  • or an exchange (if the item is in stock)

Returns are not accepted if:

  • the product is used or damaged by the buyer
  • the item’s packaging is opened (especially stickers or prints)
  • the 14-day return window has passed
  • the item was custom-made (commissions)

If your order arrived damaged due to shipping, please contact me immediately with photos so I can help.

7. Copyright & Usage

All artwork and designs are the property of Poppy Art and may not be reproduced, copied, resold without permission or used to educate AI.

8. Liability

I do my best to package your order safely and accurately.
However, I am not liable for:

  • postal delays or lost items caused by the shipping carrier
  • customs fees or taxes
  • damage caused by mishandling after delivery

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to me. Please see my Privacy Policy for details about how I collect and handle your data in line with the GDPR.
